Property Manager (Appfolio Expert)

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager with expertise in using Appfolio, a strong aptitude for data management and entry, and preferably, bookkeeping skills. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our properties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a focus on using Appfolio software.
-Strong data management and entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
-Knowledge of property management processes, including lease agreements and maintenance.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
-Proficiency in bookkeeping is advantageous.
-Familiarity with property laws and regulations in the relevant area.
-High-speed internet connection and a well-equipped home office.

Responsibilities:
*Assist in Property Management tasks.
*Handle bookkeeping duties, including managing financial records.
*Provide administrative support to the team.
