We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our real estate team as a Personal Assistant to a seasoned Real Estate Agent. This role will involve providing administrative support, managing tasks, and helping streamline daily operations to ensure the agent's success in the highly dynamic real estate industry.
Job Duties:
• Administrative Support: Assist in handling administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the agent's calendar.
• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the agent and clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Marketing Assistance: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online listings.
• Transaction Management: Oversee the paperwork and documentation process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Client Database Management: Maintain and update client databases and contact lists to ensure efficient communication and follow-up.
• Property Research: Conduct research on real estate properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to support informed decision-making.
• Showing Coordination: Schedule property showings and open houses, and ensure properties are prepared for viewing.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing the agent's social media presence, including posting updates and engaging with the online community.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, photographers, inspectors, and other service providers as needed.
• Personal Assistant Duties: Provide personal assistance as needed, including managing personal appointments and tasks.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in real estate, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
