Amazon Shopify eBay Listing Manager, PPC, EBC, Store Builder, Case Management

Juice My Ride is the leading brand for battery chargers for all exotic and sports cars.
We help car owners keep protecting the electronics of their cars and enhance their car battery performance.
We sell through our website, eBay and Amazon.
Our main office is in Florida, USA and we have a warehouse in Canada, Australia, UK & Poland as well.
We are expanding to all Amazon marketplaces and looking for talented A-Players to help our mission.

We currently have 202 child ASINs (90 parent ASINs) between 2 categories, on 16 Amazon marketplaces (and growing).
We have over 90 ad campaigns with 3-5 ad groups inside each, per marketplace.
We have about 400 products (with 2-4 variations each) on Shopify, selling internationally.
We are currently selling on 4 eBay marketplaces and growing.
The role will have a greater focus on Amazon but will include listing management & optimization on all 3 platforms and will include ads management on Amazon & eBay.
We can train you on all of the requirements but prefer candidates with a greater level of relevant experience and expertise.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Continuous listing & storefront optimization via bulk upload/flat-file (images, bullets, videos, etc.)
• Continuous optimization of ads (via custom Google sheet tool & bulk operations)
• Continuous data collection and analysis for data driven performance optimization: listing performance (visitors, conversion rate), Ads performance & more
• Amazon case management: create effective cases and escalate them to Amazon until resolution
• Project management: create effective & detailed projects to achieve company goals
• Continuous creation & optimization of internal processes (SOPs)

Your ability to effectively take ownership of your role, research for answers, solve problems, and proactively add value will make you an ideal candidate for the position.

Required skills:
• Technical Skills: Amazon Seller Central, Google Drive, Google Sheets, ClickUp (preferred).
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively, must have EXCELLENT oral and written English skills.
• Personal Skills: honest, responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful, and positive.
• Experience: this is NOT an entry-level position, only apply if you have managed similar responsibilities successfully and you will be able to arrange a reference call with your last full-time employer.
• Equipment required: the position requires 2 external monitors (not a laptop screen), a fast & reliable internet AND a backup solution for power or connectivity outages.

This job is NOT for you if:

•If you are NOT comfortable using an app that will track your monitor.

Compensation: Php 60,000 - Php 85,000 (depending on experience) per month, with a 5% annual bonus!
