Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Virtual Assistant to support a commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create detailed reports for service works, including cleaning schedules, client feedback, and staff performance. Ensure timely distribution of these reports to relevant parties.
· Maintain accurate records of cleaning services provided, including dates, times, locations, and specific tasks performed.
· Manage communication with clients, including scheduling, responding to inquiries, and addressing any concerns related to service delivery.
· Prepare and send invoices to clients. Track payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
· Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment. Place orders as needed to ensure all materials are available for scheduled cleaning tasks.
· Update and maintain client and employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience with administrative work.
· Required to be fluent in English (spoken and written)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
