As the Content Creator at FirmOS, your role encompasses non-client facing account management, sales/marketing, and content creation. This fully remote, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with successful B2B businesses across North America.

Build a strong and trusting connection within the inbound marketing team.
Develop creative and effective plans for making content that converts prospects into leads.

Essential Qualifications:
Expertise with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent programs (Davinci resolve or Final Cut Pro) to create marketing and advertising video content.
Expertise using Canva and Gamma to create marketing and advertising static content.
Expertise in using ChatGPT to create marketing and advertising written content.
Expertise in designing and creating captivating, engaging thumbnails for marketing and advertising content.
Expertise using AI video captioning and audio programs for social media and marketing/advertising content (ex tools: Captions, Snapvid, Videofy, etc.).
Experience working at a Marketing Agency.
Wide-ranging B2B experience across the finance/accounting industry.
Entrepreneurial experience.
Experience in working with a team of graphic designers and video editors.
What You'll Do:
We’re a fast-growing startup, and your responsibilities will vary over time, but these core responsibilities will always remain the same:
Daily:
Ideating on new content ideas.
Team Communication Via Slack.
Delegating responsibilities.
Creating marketing and advertising content.
Documentation of processes.
Weekly:
Attend weekly content meetings.
As needed:
Create engaging thumbnails for both short and long-form content.
Create an engaging description and title for the video.
Sourcing and adding relevant tags to the videos.
Additional configurations to optimize the content on the page such as playlists, subtitles, timestamps.
