Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier/Agent Communication: Act as a bridge between our company and the supplier/agent to ensure seamless product delivery and address any potential hiccups.
- Email Correspondence in Freshdesk: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform, Dropshipping and Freshdesk is a big advantage.
- Able to work with tools like Deepl and ChatGPT to translate into German.
- You are a teamplayer, who can comminicate and work very well with other team members.
- Availability of 40 hours per week. Available from monday till sunday.
