Experienced Thumbnail Designer/Graphic Designer

Who we are:
We are a social media management company that works with clients in various different industries. We are looking for an experienced thumbnail designer/graphic designer who ideally has a background working within a designing thumbnails, working on youtube channels, design studio, or advertising agency.

What You will be doing:
- The primary responsibility is creating Thumbnails For Our YouTube Channel throughout the week.
- Create banners for youtube channels
- The occasional logo design.
- Provide feedback on what is currently going on in our youtube channels and share ideas on how to improve analytics.
- Give ideas for content to post and help give creative direction

Requirements:
- You have to love Youtube
- Experience making thumbnails and has a basic understanding of what makes thumbnails stand out
- Advanced skills of Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced skills of Adobe illustrator
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work within deadlines
- Coachable
