Account Manager

We are a leading media company in the AI space seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow our key advertising client accounts. You will act as the primary contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships, addressing needs, and ensuring client retention and growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of high-value advertising clients for our different media properties
2. Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, answering questions, handling requests, and troubleshooting issues
3. Create and present marketing and advertising proposals based on client's needs, budgets, and campaign goals
4. Ensure clients are utilizing our full range of capabilities and properties to maximize their ROI
5. Identify and develop opportunities to grow client investment in advertising with us
6. Prepare and analyze client reports and analytics related to campaign performance
7. Work closely with our creative, production, and sales teams to execute client campaigns
8. Keep clients informed with marketing and industry trends and developments

Requirements:
1. 3+ years experience in an account management role, preferably in the media/advertising industry

6. Proficient in MS Office and online analytics tools
