Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Effectively manage and optimize product listings with accurate and engaging descriptions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional strategies.
Customer Interaction:

Team and Project Coordination:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce projects.
Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Generate regular reports on sales, trends, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred).
Proven experience in e-commerce management, with familiarity with various online marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, prioritizing a customer-centric approach.

Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is advantageous.
