You are looking for a role as an experienced outbound calling appointment setter
You want to work on the same business and master the setting process
You are fluent in speaking English via phone and via email (verbal and written)
You want to work remotely, full-time (40 hours) a week - Monday to Friday
You’re interested in Day Shift hours, during Melbourne, Australia business hours
You have proven solid work experience as an outbound calling appointment setter of at least 3+ years
And, you already have advanced skills in appointment setting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include…
Conduct outbound calls to leads who have responded directly to our ads using provided scripts and materials.
Call every prospect within 5 minutes of their inquiry (during working hours)
Use our scripts to build rapport with a lead, identify their problem, and book a sales (triage) appointment for sales reps
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospect interactions and appointments
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are smoothly transitioned
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the funnels being used for better outbound calls
Continuously update knowledge of outbound calls and settings, as well as our services.
