Youtube Video Editor & Manager/ Youtube SEO

Looking for a Part Time Video Editor with VIDIQ experience to help me create/manage a YouTube channel.

This job starts as Part-Time until we build enough traction to hire you Full-Time. My goal is to find someone i can grow my channel with and eventually put in a leadership position to delegate tasks to supporting Virtual Assistants.

Once, we build enough traction you will be promoted to Full-time, and once the channel is producing more content you will get promoted into a leadership position. Once, you are in this leadership position a raise is guaranteed.

The Channel is informational and conversational, the edits are not fast paced but require beautiful transitions and enough visuals to keep viewers engaged. Most videos will be a maximum of 10 minutes long.

I would like the editor to also cut every single video into shorts to help boost the visibility of the channel and to help garner new subscribers.

Any experience with Social Media Management is a bonus because we can repurpose the content for Instagram, Facebook., and TikTok.
