Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and social media promptly and professionally
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, product information, and returns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide insights on customer concerns
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our business and improve the overall customer service experience
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (E-commerce experience is a PLUS!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in communication tools like Zoom, phone, Slack, and email
- Familiarity with customer service helpdesk software is a bonus but not mandatory
