Automotive Photography Editing Manager

Do you love car pictures? Are you great at mastering new tools, managing processes, and developing quality documentation? Chrome Lot is looking for YOU.
We're a high-volume, high-end automotive photography company in Dallas, Texas, and we're looking for a driven, performance-minded photo editor to help manage our editing team, and ensure we deliver world-class results to our customers.
Requirements are:
- EXPERT knowledge of Lightroom Classic
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced knowledge of photography (diagnosing technical problems with our images, and recommending solutions is part of the job)
- Ability to research, and master new software and tools quickly (such as AI photo editing tools and LR plugins)
- Strong verbal, and written English skills, as you will be developing documentation, and doing coaching calls with Americans
- Experience with automation software is preferred but not required
- Experience in editing high-volume photography is preferred but not required
- Experience with automotive photography is preferred but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and improving our editing, and quality control processes
- Researching, and implementing new tools and automations to improve efficiency
- Recruiting, and hiring new editors, and quality control personnel
- Coaching photographers, and providing feedback so they produce better images
- Coaching other editors, and our QA staff to help them perform better
- Overall, you will be responsible for making our editing program faster, better, and more efficient
