Website Developer / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Website Developer / Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and programming visually appealing, user-friendly websites, landing pages, funnels and applications across desktop and mobile platforms. You will also support our visual communication and branding efforts through compelling graphic design.

Responsibilities:

Design, code, test, and implement new websites, landing pages, funnels and web applications from concept through deployment
Create highly optimized conversion-focused landing pages and multi-step funnels
Maintain and support existing live websites, landing pages and funnels through updates, optimizations, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and technical requirements
Ensure websites and landing pages meet high standards of user experience, speed and responsiveness
Create visual elements like logos, ads, marketing materials, info graphics and more to communicate brand and support initiatives
Optimize websites, landing pages and graphics for maximum search engine visibility and performance
Provide SEO recommendations to website content creators and editors
Stay up-to-date on web design and development best practices and trends
Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience designing, building and supporting live websites, landing pages and funnels with demonstrable ownership and results
Expert-level proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks like React
Experience implementing and optimizing websites for search engines (SEO)
Strong graphic design skills with a creative eye and attention to visual brand consistency
Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite
Commitment to accessible, mobile-friendly, and user-centric web design
Resourceful self-starter able to work independently and also collaborate effectively on a team
Excellent communication skills
