A US-based Structural Engineering firm is looking for a highly motivated Structural Drafter to assist with the drafting for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. This job will be performed permanently from your home office.
Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting as-built floor plans and framing plans.
- Provide design support as needed.
Desired skills and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of recent professional experience in residential or commercial. Experience in woring for a US/ AU/ UK based project or company is a PLUS!
- Proficiency in Autodesk Suite of products especially AutoCAD 2015 or later.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD architectural desktop is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs desired.
- Understanding of construction detailing and consultant drawings.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to meet pre-disclosed deadlines.
