Property managment

I'm looking for a FULL TIME property manager. Software used is APPFOLIO. Must be proficient in how to use this software. Must have property management experience. Must be able to manage EVERYTHING (leasing, Move in/out, maintenance, bill collections, etc) by yourself. Duties include advertising, leasing, handling maintenance requests, collecting rent, setting appointments, communicating with tenants. Must be able to follow directions. There are meetings daily. This job is for someone who wants to work hard and grow with the company.
