Order Verification and Resolution Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Order Verification and Resolution Specialist. As an e-commerce business with a cash-on-delivery model, we receive weekly reports containing payments received and a list of undelivered orders. Your primary responsibility will be to cross-reference these reports with our Shopify order list, ensuring that all orders are accounted for and either delivered and paid or appropriately flagged as undelivered.

Responsibilities:

-Verify payments received against the weekly cash-on-delivery reports.
-Cross-reference undelivered order lists with Shopify order records.
-Identify any discrepancies between the received payments, undelivered orders, and the Shopify order list.
-Investigate and resolve issues related to orders that are missing or not properly accounted for in the reports.
-Communicate with the internal team to inquire about the status of missing or unaccounted orders.
Requirements:

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data verification.
-Experience working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
-Ability to analyze and interpret reports to identify discrepancies.
-Excellent communication skills for interacting with the internal teams.
-Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve order-related issues.
