Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to define and refine project requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and adhere to budgets.
- Take charge of project execution, managing short-term contractual hires, ensuring deadlines are met and standards of quality are maintained.
- Procure resources and expertise as needed.
- Anticipate and address project obstacles with innovative solutions.
- Maintain transparent communication on project status, addressing issues efficiently.

Candidate Profile:
- Highly organized and execution-focused.
- Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading project-based teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- It's a plus if you have experience in creating technical documentation such as SOPs, OKRs, KPIs, and training materials.
