Hello, I'm Kevin, CEO & Founder. We're looking for a skilled Chargeback Specialist & Customer Support Specialist for our e-commerce team. Your role will focus on managing chargeback cases on platforms like***** Klarna, and credit card providers, and providing top-notch customer support with FluentSupport. All work will be in German. We need someone skilled at solving problems and dedicated to maintaining positive customer relationships and our company's image.

What We Need:
1. Solid experience with payment platforms (PayPal, Klarna and credit card providers).
2. At least 1 year in a Chargeback Analyst role or similar in e-commerce, especially Dropshipping.
3. Strong knowledge of financial processes, especially chargebacks, payment processing, and reconciliation.
4. Great at analyzing, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
5. Skilled in FluentSupport for customer service.
6. Good with financial software and tools, like Excel.
7. Team player with effective communication across departments.
8. Excellent organizational skills and task management.

Main Duties:
1. Handle chargeback cases, find the root causes of disputes and transaction issues.
2. Work on chargeback claims with internal and external teams.
3. Keep accurate chargeback records and documentation.
4. Develop ways to reduce chargeback losses and prevent future problems.
5. Provide excellent customer support with FluentSupport, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Communicate with finance, customer service, and sales about chargeback issues.
7. Create reports on chargeback trends and risks for management.
