Amazon VA Needed, Full-Time Permanent Role, Strong Attention to Detail Required

Full-time, long-term Amazon Virtual Assistant needed to hit the ground running and support all aspects of our business on and other e-Commerce platforms.
Candidate must be a fast learner, excellent with managing data sets and administrative systems, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Skills/experience must haves:?
- 1+ years experience supporting an online Amazon business
- Monitoring sales, profit, keyword rank, BSR, sub-category rankings, competitor pricing
- Analysing and reporting on product performance metrics and business analytics such as sales, inventory levels, keyword ranking, traffic, conversion and more
- Managing admin of database systems for orders, shipments, traffic, conversion, payments, invoices, supplier information and other business data
- Managing all aspects of AMZ account health including seller feedback, policy compliance notifications and Amazon case logs
- Excellent with Google Sheets / Excel for daily and weekly business reporting
- Manage, create, optimise and monitor Amazon listings (flat file experience preferred)
- Creating, managing and evaluating Lightning Deals, 7 Day Deals, coupon campaigns
- Managing a database of expenses, invoices, cost of goods
- Checking invoices from vendors and suppliers for accuracy and payment approval
- Managing FBA inventory: help with restocks, forecasts and re-orders from local 3PL warehouses or China to USA
- Support marketing activities such as sales campaigns, social media, storefront and listing optimisation
- Manage and handle customer service across all channels: e-mail, inboxes, social media and voice call where required
The role is a full-time long-term employment opportunity, working remotely, 40 hours a week, so we require a candidate who can commit themselves to the role fully without other employment commitments. Training shall be provided.
