Revnue is growing, and we need Junior Product Managers who work fast, are capable of solving complex problems, and have a strong determination to get things done. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Job Description:
Vision and Strategy Development:
Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy.
Align product roadmap with company goals and market needs.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from conception to launch and beyond.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Analyze competitive landscape to position the product effectively.
Product Development:
Define product requirements and specifications.
Prioritize features and tasks, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Work with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including customers, business teams, and technical teams.
Effectively communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all relevant stakeholders.
User Experience:
Focus on creating an exceptional user experience.
Gather and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.
Performance Metrics:
Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success.
Use data to make informed product decisions.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve product-related issues.
Proactively address potential challenges or obstacles.
Agile Practices:
Employ Agile methodologies in product development.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in product management, ideally in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Must be able to work on a HYBRID set up.
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
Experience with UX/UI design principles.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of the specific industry or market the software targets.
