Shopify & Klaviyo Virtual Assistant with Customer Service and Adobe Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update our e-commerce stores on Shopify, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Handle customer service inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including content creation, list management, and performance analysis.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for various design and video editing tasks.
Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies relevant to e-commerce and digital marketing.
Assist in other related tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify, or a strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, or a commitment to develop these skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
