IT Support Needed!

Hey! Pro Sulum LLC is looking to hire an IT Support!
We are looking for someone with strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for triaging incoming tickets, coordination of meeting sessions between clients, users, and engineers, ticket assignment, turnover of tickets, and managing client communication.
Salary: At least 30,000.00 monthly (NEGOTIABLE)

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in MSP or IT Support roles.
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar software is highly preferred.
