K Suites is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company with a strong foothold in the UK and plans for imminent international expansion. We serve a mixture of leisure and professional guests who are looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home. We hold ourselves to very high standards and we’re always looking for way to improve what we do.
The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Supporting and managing relations with our Property Partners (owners)
- Coordination housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure our properties are kept to the highest standards

- Coordinating projects to ensure that deadlines are met
- Producing and maintaining Excel Reports
The right candidate must have a background with:
- Relationship management / Account management
- Administration
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
This position will be for 40 hours per week with 2 days off. The schedule is based on UK timezone. No side hustles/part-time work aside from this role will be allowed.
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
