Job Summary: As a Fire Alarm Monitoring Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of all active fire alarm system monitoring accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Subscriber Information Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date subscriber information, including contact details, emergency contacts, and site-specific information.
• Regularly update customer records and ensure that all changes are accurately reflected in the system.
2. Subscription Payments:
• Monitor and track the status of monthly or annual subscription payments for each subscriber using Quickbooks online recuring transactions and*****payments.
• Reach out to customers with outstanding balances and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
3. Contract Compliance:
• Verify that all subscribers have signed our standard service agreement and are in compliance with the terms and conditions.
• Assist customers in completing or renewing agreements as needed.
4. New Subscriber Onboarding:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new subscribers, ensuring a seamless transition to our monitoring services. This includes preparing proper documentation for our central station and working over the phone with on site technicians for seamless set up.
•MUST HAVE Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related role.
•Excellent communication in English and organizational skills.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
