Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web3 Social Media Growth Marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts within the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will specialize in Twitter growth strategies, user acquisition, retention program creation, and possess a deep understanding of Web3 technologies. This role requires exceptional English communication skills as the position involves direct client interaction. The candidate should excel in strategic planning and execution, driving growth in the Web3 space, while also being proficient in copywriting and experienced in advertising across various platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and email marketing. Experience in an agency background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies specifically tailored for Twitter accounts within the domain, focusing on audience expansion and engagement enhancement.
Lead user acquisition campaigns utilizing data-driven approaches to increase the active user base across decentralized platforms and crypto communities.
Create and implement retention programs and campaigns aimed at enhancing user loyalty and long-term engagement, reducing churn rates.
Act as the primary client-facing representative, effectively communicating complex Web3 concepts and marketing strategies in clear and concise terms.
Utilize exceptional copywriting skills to craft compelling content for advertising across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and maximize impact across all Web3 initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Web3 strategies, user acquisition, and retention program creation.
