About the role
We are looking for an SEO Coordinator who will lead a small team, including a content writer and web developer.
Key responsibilities:
• Developing and optimising strategies that will increase the company’s website search engine results through rankings.
• Monthly SEO reporting and strategy.
• Finding opportunities by performing regular competitor analysis and staying up to date with industry updates.
• Closely collaborating with the web developer to ensure best SEO practices are followed adequately throughout the website content.
• Developing a content strategy.
• Creating and supervising a link-building strategy.

About you
As an SEO Coordinator, you must have:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Experience leading an SEO strategy independently.
• Experience taking responsibility for page optimisation for search engine marketing.
• Experience with SEO reporting and technical SEO
• Experience checking daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance.

What’s in it for you:
• Full-time role (40 hours/week).
• 9 am to 6 pm AEST work hours. 2-3 hours ahead of Philippines time. Includes a one-hour break.
• Monday to Friday work week, weekends off.
