The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

- Familiarity with Hubspot & Hubspot Workflows (not required but a BIG BONUS)

Responsibilities:
- Updating and/or creating workflows within Hubspot to automate our sales outreach & streamline our sales processes
- Updating and/or creating Zaps within Zapier to automate our sales outreach & streamline our sales processes
- Troubleshooting both Zaps in Zapier and workflows in Hubspot to resolve automation errors
- Compiling reports within Hubspot and/or in Google Sheets to gather insights for further optimizing the sales department
- Monitoring our email marketing System (In Instantly.ai) to ensure we are hitting certain metrics, and making adjustments within the software if certain metrics are not being hit
- Updating the language in our email marketing campaigns (In Hubspot & Instantly.ai)
- Assisting with building out SOPs for the Sales team to utilize when new processes are roled out
- Organizing & keeping a well-documented log of all workflows, properties, and processes the Sales team uses within Notion.io
- Other administrative tasks to support the Director of Sales and Sales & Marketing Operations Manager as needed

Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor or higher
- Stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
- Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets/Excel
- Strong attention to detail (We are dealing with lots of data!)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- STRONG problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of and a love for sales & sales processes
- PASSION for learning — willingness to learn every day, with a passion specifically for diving into new software
- Ability to understand complex ideas and automated processes
