Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Project Manager at our dynamic digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects meet or exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy
-Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
-Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies based on client objectives and industry trends.
People Management
-Lead cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and other specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration.
-Assign tasks, set priorities, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
-Conduct regular team meetings, set performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
-Manage team dynamics and ensure the professional development of team members.
Creative Strategy
-Work closely with creative teams to develop innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns.
-Provide creative direction and input to ensure campaigns align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
-Encourage a culture of creativity and ideation within the project team.
Budget and Resource Management
-Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to financial constraints and delivery schedules.
-Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Knowledge in Marketing Campaigns
-Apply a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning, to optimize strategies for client success.
-Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
-Utilize knowledge in campaign analytics to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance
-Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing assets and campaigns.
-Conduct thorough testing and analysis of digital marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
-Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
-Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
This role will be a part-time position. You will have the ability to work during the hours that are most comfortable to you, as there will be no required set of hours to be online. With that said, we do expect communication within 24 hours to stay up to date. While weekends and holidays are optional, we allow all of our teammates to work as little or as much as they choose based on how much they want to make or contribute. We expect hours to vary some weeks between 10–20 hours per week.
