**Title:** Virtual Assistant - E-commerce Specialist

**Job Type:** Part-time (20 hours/week) with potential for full-time

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will specialize in managing and selling return, overstock, and used pallets on prominent online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Auction Site Management:** Ability to find and select appropriate pallets on auction sites.
2. **Vendor Relations:** Proficient in contacting and opening accounts with local area auction companies.
3. **Amazon Operations:**
- Creating product listings on Amazon.
- Utilizing Keepa to check for IP complaints on Amazon.
- Managing Amazon Seller Central for price management, customer queries, and order fulfillment.
4. **eBay Operations:**
- Creating and managing product listings on eBay.
- Setting up and managing ad campaigns on eBay.
- Managing eBay Seller Central for various operational needs.
5. **Order Fulfillment:** Experience in bulk order fulfillment, with a 3PL warehouse.
6. **Data Management:** Proficient in Microsoft Excel for order management or familiar with a comparable software solution.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon and eBay platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
