Job Description: Outbound Appointment Setter

We are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation process and be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Identifying and qualifying leads through effective communication.
- Providing information about our digital marketing services and explaining their benefits.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure appointments are well-prepared and smoothly transitioned.
- Must have the ability to create and manage lead lists.
- The ability to target and send cold emails regarding the services.
Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional English speaking skills with very little accent, enabling fluent and clear conversation.
- Excellent written English skills for effective email correspondence.
- Persuasive and confident phone demeanor.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus.
Work Hours: For the success of this role, the following work hours and availability are required:
- Must be available to make phone calls between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM US timezone, based on the location of the business.
The initial work will be a minimum of 10 hours per week but has the potential to increase to 20 - 30 hours per week based on performance and business needs.
Work Environment: To ensure effective communication during phone calls, it's essential that the following work environment conditions are met:
- Access to a reliable phone and high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet workspace suitable for making calls with minimal background noise.
- A headset or microphone that allows them to be heard clearly and easily by the business contact.
