Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with tight deadlines and proactively reaching out to candidates to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation techniques.
- Comfortable conducting video interviews with candidates and using relevant technology and tools for remote recruitment.
- Able to work from 9am-6pm Eastern Time, Mondays-Fridays
