Position: Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
>Team Management: Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
>Quality Control: Ensure the quality of all team outputs meets and exceeds our standards.
>KPI Management: Create, monitor, and manage key performance indicators for our accounts.
>Amazon and Etsy Product Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments to optimize our product listings on Amazon and Etsy.
>Amazon and Etsy Store Audit and Strategy: Assess and develop strategies to enhance our presence and sales on both platforms.
>Photo Listing Requirements Creation: Define and implement photo listing requirements for optimal product presentation.
>Facilitate Weekly Internal Meetings: Coordinate and lead internal meetings to enhance team collaboration and coordination.
>Handle Multiple Accounts: Expertly manage two or more Amazon and Etsy accounts.
>Amazon Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise on Amazon.
>Sales Forecast and Strategies: Develop sales forecasts and strategies to drive growth.
>Contribution New Product Ideas: Contribute innovative product ideas to expand our offerings.

Requirements:
>More than 3 years of Amazon Account Management: Prove your experience in managing Amazon accounts effectively.
>Experienced and Expertise in different Amazon Operations such as PPC Analysis, Amazon SEO Analysis, Product Research, and Development Experience is preferred
>Proficient in Account and Product KPI Management: Expertly create and manage key performance indicators for accounts and products.
>Familiarity with Essential Software: Master the tools of the trade, including Amazon Seller Central, Helium10/Jungle Scout, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and Google Suite.>Data Management Proficiency: Demonstrate your proficiency in data management tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.

Training will be held in China (Hence, a valid Passport should be ready)
Ready to travel to China for any Business needs/requirements.
