We are in search of a Virtual Administrative Bookkeeper to contribute to supporting our rapidly expanding, fast-paced company. The ideal candidate should possess experience in bookkeeping and coordination with the accountant/auditor, as well as proficiency in administrative duties. Strong English writing and speaking skills are a must, along with proficiency in using Google Workspace and Excel Formulas. Additionally, the candidate must have a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing and maintaining databases, ensuring proper classification, categorization, and up-to-date status of data
• Updating the client database and spreadsheets regularly.
• Keeping track of clients who have withdrawn their funds, identifying clients who have moved out and monitoring clients who are not actively trading.
• Executing payroll processing tasks, such as calculating employee salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Recording all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the system.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, responding promptly to inquiries related to connections, re-deposits, and other details.
• Collaborating closely with brokers to obtain comprehensive reports on earnings and maintaining regular communication to address any questions, concerns, and requests from both parties promptly.
• Preparing and finalizing Profit and Loss Statement.
