Social Media & Customer Service

We are seeking someone who has experience with generating social posts (on Facebook and Instagram) for various companies as well as handle 2 customer service accounts for our 2 e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take direction when given but also have the ability to generate content and close tickets without hand holding.

Some daily tasks would consist of:
- Making sure both brands have a month or so of posts generated and scheduled in Instagram & Facebook.
- Respond to Instagram & Facebook messages with friendly comments 🙂
- Clear and polite conversations with our customers in customer service
- Someone who won't just "close out" customer service tickets to get rid of them but really engage with the customer to see how we can potentially keep an order and make them the happiest customer we can!
