Project Manager & QA Specialist – SaaS Development

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager & QA Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our SaaS product. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and conducting thorough quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure our product meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the project roadmap from conception to delivery.
• Work closely with developers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope and schedule.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform daily QA tests to identify any bugs or issues.
• Document all QA activities, including creating test plans and test cases.
• Communicate effectively with the development team to resolve any identified issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements
• Proven working experience in project management, particularly in the software development sector.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Study or career experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is preferable.
• Strong english verbal/written communication skills
