Full time video editor & thumbnail creator

I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing YouTube specific videos and YouTube thumbnails.
I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.
I would like someone who is knowledgeable on avoiding copyright infringements for videos /audio they edit in accordance with industry standards and YouTube regulations.
I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.
I am looking for someone who can edit the video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8 hour shift or less.
You can work any 8-hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Starting pay for this position is $400 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future.
