We are looking for a self-sufficient, organized, go-getting Executive Assistant that wants to grow into an REMOTE Office Manager. We are looking for someone with drive that doesn’t need reminders as they prioritize, multitask, and get answers to difficult questions around any roadblocks. This Executive Assistant position is different than others in the sense that we want you to use your input and creativity to solve problems. This position is FAST paced and rewarding, and we are proud to offer exponential growth from within.
The Executive Assistant works with their leaders to support administrative tasks such as accounts payable/receivable. HR, scheduling, reconciling expenses, email/phone communication, and much more as tasks change daily. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys crossing things off their daily list!
You will need to be a candidate who does not take no for an answer, and who is comfortable speaking on the phone. This job would be best for someone who has worked in BPO industry and speaks English FLUENTLY.
Prefer someone with an IPHONE.

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between their leader and stakeholders
Conduct research, compile data and prepare drafts for consideration by senior leaders
HR support
Manage and multitask a list of essential tasks
Organize and record financial transactions and data
Organize schedules and prioritize meeting requests by working proactively to mitigate scheduling conflicts
Prepare travel arrangements
Process and distribute a high volume of internal and external mail, emails and phone calls
Record notes within meetings and communicate with the appropriate parties
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, team events, celebrations, lunches, etc.
Ability to work 8am-6 pmEST hours Monday through Friday
