** Full-Time Video Editor & Graphic Designer Wanted**
We are on the hunt for a skilled Virtual Assistant who can bring their graphic design and video editing talents to our growing business. If you are adept at creating eye-catching graphics and video content, are fluent in both English and Español, and have a keen eye for aesthetics, you might be the one we're searching for.

**Key Requirements**:
- Fluent in both English and Español.
- Proficient in graphic design using tools such as Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong video editing capabilities with experience using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience in making short form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts, and other social media platforms
- Availability for at least 2 hours daily.
- Based in Mexico, Central America, or South America.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video editing projects.

**Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To**:
- Designing graphics for social media, website, and other promotional materials.
- Editing video content for promotions, courses, and marketing campaigns.
- **Video Content Creation**: Editing, enhancing, and creating compelling product videos, tutorials, and promotional clips suitable for website and broader social media consumption.
- **Short-Form Video Production**: Crafting and repurposing videos specifically tailored for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. This includes adjusting video dimensions, adding engaging overlays and animations, and optimizing for silent playback when necessary.
- **Video Content Creation:** Editing, enhancing, and creating compelling product videos, tutorials, and promotional clips suitable for website and broader social media consumption.
- **Promotional Content:** Creating graphics for sales, promotions, and seasonal events, suitable for both the website and social media platforms.
- **Social Media Graphics:** Crafting eye-catching social media posts, stories, and advertisements to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- **Website Banners & Sliders:** Designing rotating banners, category graphics, and other visual elements for our online store's homepage and landing pages.
- **Feedback and Iteration:** Collecting feedback from the team, making revisions to designs and edits as needed, and ensuring all graphics and videos remain consistent with our brand's identity.
- **Staying Updated:** Keeping up with design and video trends, especially in the e-commerce and beauty industry, and suggesting new ideas to keep our brand's visuals fresh and competitive.

**Compensation**:
$3-$4 per hour.
