Skilled Music Engineer/producer Wanted

UK and U.S based music management company Underdog Music is looking for a skilled music engineer/producer to join their team. Our business, while currently small, is growing at a rapid pace and this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow along with us.

We are looking for a passionate, diligent self starter to work alongside multi-platinum music producer King Wizard as part of his production team. Your main responsibilities will be liaising with instrumentalists and vocalists on the production team to put together high quality material for major label use. We mainly work in the genres of Pop/Hip Hop/R&B/Afro/Latin, the ideal candidate will be familiar with these genres and eager to learn them in greater detail.

Required skills:

- Experienced in mixing and mastering music to a high standard
- Experienced in music production especially the composition of melodies to a high standard
- Familiarity with the popular genres of music
- Strong communication skills
- An eagerness and willing to learn

This is a full time position. Work schedule will be 5 days a week Monday-Friday, working hours can be flexible provided that the 40 hours a week required are fulfilled. After a 6 month probationary period we will offer 15 paid vacation days. We honour all Filipino holidays.

$500 salary per month for full time work (40 hours per week). After 6 month probationary period we offer 13th month + Christmas bonus + quarterly performance based bonuses.

As our production team grows there will be opportunities for the role to grow into a more senior position with the responsibilities of managing and training new engineers/producers.
