Senior Graphics Designer (UX/UI/Product Images)

Background Information:
We're a marketing agency based in Australia with staff around Europe, Australia and some from Philippines, we are currently looking for a senior graphics designer to help with a variety of things including emails, landing pages/web-design and agency marketing materials.
Skills Required (MUST READ):
- Adobe Photoshop (required)
- Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Figma (required)
- Using A.I with Photoshop (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities (MUST READ):
- Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets including website design (no coding required), brochures, banners, and marketing materials
-Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and create compelling visuals and help to flesh out the task flow and user experience design
-Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
-Ensure consistency of brand and creative themes across all design outputs
-Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and make revisions as needed
-Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest design tools, software, and trends
-Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high-quality output
-Help to create and maintain our design standards, reference materials and style guide
- Product photo touch-ups & implementing copywriting
Working Hours:
20-40 Hours / week
