UX/UI Designer

We are are looking for an output based "HOOK" Content Writer. This is purely remote work.

Job Description:
Conceptualize and visualize wireframes and prototypes of different levels of fidelity for testing of new service or product concepts
Provide design inputs when necessary during implementation of new services or products to ensure that customers’ needs are met
Communicate clearly with Product Managers and software developers on design specifications
Work with constraints from Product Managers and software developers and make calculated design trade-offs
Provide user interface design details, information (flows, behaviors, functionality) through the design folder
Key responsibilities include creating wireframes, dashboard designs, and data visualizations to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate viewers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Stay on top of the latest standards, trends, and changes in visual and interaction design
Manage documentation processes around design projects
Craft design solutions with functional, logical, and interactive insights
Facilitate problem statement definition, validate product assumptions, advocate for the customer’s perspective, while considering the business objectives
Identify design problems through in-depth analysis of research and ideate elegant solutions and customer experience
Create a strategy and design solution that maximizes leads and conversion rate

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in UI/UX design building software products
Experience with mockup and prototyping tools: Sketch, Framer, Principle, Figma, Invision
Experience with UI components: Material UI, Blueprint JS
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and design principles for web and mobile platforms in the field of AI and machine learning
Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach engineers how to apply components across design and code
Portfolio showing deep product understanding and craftspersonship, both UI and UX
