Your primary role will be to manage and respond to comments and direct messages on our social media platforms. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our brand's reputation and engaging with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and reply to comments on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Respond to direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Handle at least 50 comment replies per day, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
Uphold the company’s voice and brand standards in all interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on product information and brand messaging.
Receive and incorporate feedback from supervisors and team members.
Participate in regular training sessions to remain current with the brand's products, services, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive brand image.
Capacity to handle a high volume of interactions with accuracy and empathy.
