We're excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Recruiter to become an integral part of our Philippine-based team. This full-time role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about contributing to a growing business and possesses a strong drive. You'll experience diverse responsibilities, from team collaboration to independent tasks, and will report directly to our CEO in the UK. Your primary duties will involve engaging with UK candidates over the phone, using a provided VoIP phone, to screen and qualify them for various IT roles. Additionally, your role includes sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, and managing data entry tasks on platforms like Excel/Google Sheets and various CRMs and databases.

Work Schedule
Your working hours will align with UK business hours (9am-5pm).
4pm to 12am or 5pm to 1am (Philippine time) depending on Daylight Saving Time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for various IT roles.
- Evaluate candidates based on their experience, knowledge, soft skills, and overall suitability.
- Align candidate preferences with available positions in our database.
- Proactively source candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
- Acquire new clients and manage administrative responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
- Highly organized and meticulous.
- Positive, resourceful, and confident demeanor.
- Team-oriented and sociable personality.
- A great sense of humour, adding to a positive team environment.
- Has quiet, undisturbed working environment.
- Effective time management and responsiveness.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
- Windows 10 laptop with at least an i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and a functional camera.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in technical recruiting.
- Familiarity with IT concepts.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual setup.

- Monthly salary ranging from Php25,000 to Php35,000, paid bi-weekly.
