Virtual Assistant | A-player | Shopify experience | Long term

Are you a skilled Virtual Assistant looking for a long-term, dynamic role in e-commerce? That's what I'm looking for.
You will be working hand in hand with me (the CEO). You wil have a crucial role within the company, that's why I do this hiring process myself.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and optimize our Shopify store operations.
Implement and oversee systems to track and boost online sales performance.
Regularly analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Take responsibility for various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Must-Haves:
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
Background in working with dropshipping models, preferably with branded products.
Strong commitment to working long-term and growing within the company.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take responsibility for crucial tasks.
Capability to work up to 50 hours per week.
