Marketing Campaign and Lead Generation

I need a marketing professional to work with me to create a marketing campaign. I want to drive traffic to my website, and eventually generate sales for my software product, Upgrade to see actual info
What I have: I have a minimum viable product for analyzing publicly traded stocks in the US stock market. My software is currently hosted on my website. It is a work in progress, and I will continue to develop and add features to it as needed. I don't have additional time to devote to marketing, and it is not my strongest skillset. I have a general idea of my target audience: American adults, ages 25-40 who are interested in long term investing and earning money in the stock market. My platform will help these people find the best value stocks, dividends and educate them on financial analysis. These people aren't necessarily rich, but they are interested in making more money.
What I need: I need a marketing professional with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. I am willing to pay this person to generate advertisements, videos, and general marketing copy for my website. I am not particular about the methods used, so long as you can drive lots of traffic to my website from potential paying customers. Facebook, Twitter Ads, e-books, cold emails, Chat GPT however you want to do it.
Results: I need 60 email leads added to my database per month (~2 emails per day), and month over month increase in web traffic to my website. This is how I will measure performance. 1 month grace period to spin up marketing campaign.
Extra: I'm very very interested in growing an email list. If you can help me with that, that's a big selling point. I want emails to contact customers!
