We are looking for 2 new additions to our Tracking and Tracing Department. This will be for a full time position Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Job Role:
-Effectively track LTL shipments
-Handle issues such as missing, damage, shortage, reconsignment, disputes, etc.
-Coordinate with different carriers regarding shipment requests and questions
-Email customers for shipment updates
-Call carriers to make sure shipments are picked up
Job Requirements:
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Fast learner and someone who can easily adapt
-Can work under pressure
-Ability to MULTI-TASK in a FAST-PACED environment, including phone and email support.
-Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill the needs of the position.
-At least 10Mbps internet Connection
-Desktop Computer Running Windows 10 with at least 8GB of RAM. We need someone who has a dual monitor PC setup.
-We use Time Doctor to track hours
This is a work from home position. There will be a 3-week paid training/probationary period.
Pay starts at 4 USD. Payment is via bank transfer twice a month.
We are a fast growing company and there's a lot of room for growth.
Prior logistics experience is not required.
