Job Role: E-Commerce Email Marketer / Retention
Responsibilities:
>Email Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote our products and engage with the customer base. This includes crafting compelling content, segmenting lists, scheduling sends, and analyzing performance.
>Retention Strategies: Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn. This may involve personalized offers, loyalty programs, or feedback solicitation.
>Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign results and customer data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
>A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective email marketing tactics in terms of design, content, and timing.
>Customer Segmentation: Segment the customer database to tailor messages based on customer behavior, purchase history, and preferences.
>Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teambers, including content creators and graphic designers, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
>Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with legal regulations (like GDPR) and best practices in the industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in email marketing, particularly with a DTC brand.
Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
