We are seeking a talented and experienced Zoho Architect/Expert to join our team on a project-based engagement.

AgentHUB 360 provides a Complete Business Model for solo Realtors. We manage their CRM, Marketing, and Database that integrates to a "forever follow-up" Call Center so that no lead is lost, resulting in more closings for our Clients. Our clients are the top-performing Real Estate Agents in the United States and Canada!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Stakeholders:
***Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes.
***Conduct meetings and workshops to gather insights and expectations.

Process Mapping and Optimization:
***Map out existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
***Design and implement Zoho solutions to optimize and streamline workflows.

Zoho App Integrations:
***Expertise in integrating various Zoho applications seamlessly.
***Implement cross-functional integrations between Zoho Cliq, Email, Tasks, Desk, Bigin, Calendar, People, Recruit, Workdrive, Vault, Etc.

Task Automation:
***Develop and implement automation solutions within Zoho to enhance efficiency.
***Automate tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking, and other relevant processes.

Operational Enhancement:
***Evaluate current operations and propose innovative ways to enhance efficiency using Zoho tools.
***Identify and implement improvements to transform the way we operate.

Qualifications:
***Zoho Certifications
***Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant
***In-depth knowledge of Zoho Cliq, Email, Tasks, Desk, Bigin, Calendar, People, Recruit, Workdrive, and Vault.
****Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, integration, and automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
****Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find optimal solutions.
