Responsibilities:
As a Klaviyo Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing email marketing campaigns for 4-6 brands within our portfolio. Your primary role will involve utilizing Klaviyo templates, scheduling email campaigns, and collaborating with our design team for creative assets. The position is remote, and you'll work closely with a dedicated design person to ensure the visual appeal and effectiveness of the campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize Klaviyo templates to create and schedule email campaigns for 4-6 brands.
2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and effective campaign creatives.
3. Convert and adapt campaign languages using tools like Google Translate for international markets.
4. Send a minimum of 3 campaigns per week per store, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Klaviyo campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
- Familiarity with international markets and adapting campaigns for diverse audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators.

Compensation:
This is a flat-rate position with the potential for increased compensation as the number of brands under management grows.
